THE DESCRIPTION

1.It adopts tertiary filtration system to assure the cleaness of brine.2.it can realize the function of injecting only when the needles are in the product. One complete feet structure to prevent the product from moving when the needles are retracted.3.Because of the unique pneumaticspring design in our machines, the single needle that touch the bone will stop moving ahead.(pressure is adjustable also).4.It adopts advanced servo conveyor belt transmission system with the step accuracy 0.1mm.5.The needles can be changed easily. In our machine, users can reassemble each single needle separately and easily6.A new device inside to unblock the needle easily. -There is mixing device in the brine tank, as well as cooling system as an option.7.Injection pressure and rate can be adjustable according to meat size and organization structure.
