LONGVIEW, Texas — Businesses across East Texas are busy preparing for Super Bowl Sunday.

That includes locally-owned Skinners Grocery & Market in Longview.

"We do have some pre-seasoned wings and just a couple of various things like that. We do a stuffed pork chop and a stuffed chicken breast," said Josh Gibson, Skinner's meat department manager.

He said the items that will be in high demand this weekend are brisket, chicken wings, sausage and charcuterie trays.

"We do call in orders or special orders where we can have it ready. They can just swing by after work and pick it up," Gibson said.

Those who aren't in the mood to cook might still want wings. Bubba’s 33 in Longview is ready to cook up a feast.

"We are absolutely locked and loaded and ready to have a whole good time. We've got extra wings on order for whether you're going to be dining in with us or picking up," service manager Ariel Vasquez said.

Vasquez said Bubba's will have almost every wing flavor people could want, from parmesan to barbecue and a couple of dry rub options too.

"We shouldn't run out of anything unless another entire town comes over here and we are absolutely prepared," Vasquez said.

There will also be raffle drawings during the game.

"Every single quarter, we're giving away all this wonderful stuff," Vasquez said. "We got our beer reps to give us to give away and spread a little extra cheer."
